My Story
I know what it means to lose yourself in expectations.To silence your joy.
To feel invisible while being applauded.A few years ago, I fell off my bike and got a concussion. What should’ve been a physical injury turned out to be a spiritual awakening. During my healing, I found a version of myself I didn’t even know I was allowed to be: softer, freer, bolder.I left a relationship that no longer served me.
I redefined my family boundaries.
I spoke the truth with love—and without apology because I finally knew I was worth more.Now I help other women reclaim themselves too.
My Mission
I work with high-achieving women—especially those who are the first, the only, or the forever-responsible ones. The ones carrying it all and slowly losing themselves in the process.

A 12-week coaching experience for high-achieving Black and Latina women who are doing all the things… and still wondering, “Why don’t I feel like myself?”

Each week, we meet live for real talk, soul work, and practical tools you can actually use. No vague advice. No performative productivity. Just step-by-step guidance through my Self-Mastery Pathway, created to help you stop surviving and start thriving.
